Paul joined Smith Cooper in 2002 as a member of the Helpdesk team, He now heads up the IT department and is keen to grow Smith Cooper IT to meet the requirements of the Partnership and its clients. As Smith Cooper's IT Director, Paul manages the Helpdesk and Microsoft elements of the IT business, including Hardware and Network support alongside Microsoft Software support.
Paul has a big company background having worked for BASF IT Services and Linklaters Solicitors and brings the high standards of big business to the small business community.
Richard spent 8 years working in the audit and accounts department of a Sheffield Chartered Accountants and then joined a growing IT company in 1998 providing Accounting Software solutions. In 2001 Richard left to provide Sage software support and services at a Yorkshire based Chartered Accountants and Sage Business Partner. It was there that Richard qualified as an Accounting Technician and became a fully accredited Sage specialist.
In 2004 Richard joined the Sage team at Smith Cooper to provide Sage support and services to their growing client base. As Smith Cooper's Head of Business Solutions, Richard manages the Sage elements of the IT business, including Sage support and Sage Solution sales.
Richard has a wide range of experience providing tailored software solutions to fit specific business needs. Richard has been providing accounting and CRM solutions since 1998 and has installed and configured standard and bespoke Sage solutions in many types of businesses including distribution, service, retail and manufacturing. |
