Sage 200 Construct

Overview

Sage 200 Construction is made up of powerful business modules, which are designed to work together to help your operation run more smoothly.
The 3 main modules are

  • Contracts
  • Estimating
  • Day Works

The software is designed for multi-user access and integrates with Sage 200 Financials and Commercials and Sage Payroll

At the heart of Sage 200 Construction the Contracts module gives you the flexible tools needed to fully control your costs on contracts, subcontractors and billing processes to help drive your business forward. You gain instant access, at any stage of a contract, to vital management information, based on an almost unlimited number of cost elements grouped in multi-level sections. Contracting features like subcontractor self-billing, client invoicing and both sales and purchase retention tracking enable you to focus on building your profits.

Key Functionality
  • Comply with HMRC regarding subcontractor monthly (CIS 300) report submission
  • Have 'no delay' cost control with up to the minute data
  • Control budget costs
  • Manage subcontractor and sales self-billing
  • Aged application reporting
  • Stock control links
  • Increase purchasing control

Typical users

A typical user of Sage 200 Construct requires and end to end business system with the construction industry reporting and functionality as well as the in depth stock and nominal functionality of the core Sage 200 accounting system. Multi level jobs can be set up within the construction module while the back office accounting system can have its own reporting structure while payroll is also updated from the timesheets entered into the construction system.

“Sage Construct Advanced keeps us in control in monitoring our costs: from giving us the overall picture on a contract, to drilling right down, plot by plot, on a new housing development. It's all there and all interlinked; no time is wasted dipping in and out of other software packages.”
