Overview

Out of the box, Sage CRM will only integrate with Sage 200. Written in response to customer requests, S-Link provides Sage CRM users with real time Sage 50 Accounts information on all trading partners (customers and suppliers), sales and purchase orders, invoices and stock, delivering cost effective benefits (saving time) to the organisation and driving higher customer service levels. S-Link has been built to provide a robust, scalable solution which runs entirely in the web browser as a thin client application. This means that users get access to relevant Sage 50 Accounts data from the office or remotely via the internet.

  • Import Sage 50 Customer & Supplier accounts – Create or update CRM company, address and person records, including delivery addresses.
  • Create Sage 50 Customer & Supplier accounts – Automatically convert prospects to company records within Sage 50 from Sage CRM.
  • Maintain Sage 50 Customer & Supplier accounts – Update Sage 50 company details from within Sage CRM
  • Easy access to Customer & Supplier enquiries – S-Link provides a full web view of your Sage 50 account information including transaction drill down and aged analysis.
  • Sales & Purchase Order enquiries – S-Link provides a full web view of your Sage 50 order data including allocation / dispatch status, drill down to line items (stock availability), sales delivery notes and sales invoices.
  • Sales Invoice enquiries – S-Link provides a full web view of your Sage 50 invoice data including printed / posted status and drill down to line items (stock availability).
  • Create Sage CRM Quotes & Orders – Create orders and quotes in CRM utilising Sage 50 stock information and customer specific pricing and discounts including volume discounts
  • Convert Sage CRM Orders to Sage 50 Sales Order – Automatically convert a CRM quote to a Sage 50 order with the touch of a button
