Smith Cooper Office & Support Opening Times
During the festive period, our normal working hours will change including our Support Service. These are set out below and we would be grateful if you could also pass these onto any colleagues you feel may wish to make a note of them.
- 21st – 23rd December 2020: Normal Service
- 24th December 2020: Office and Lines close at 1pm
- 25th – 28th December 2020: CLOSED
- 29th, 30th & 31st December 2020: Emergency support email@example.com
- 1st – 3rd January 2021: CLOSED
- 4th January 2021: Normal Service
Whilst our phone lines will be open, our support service will be operating on reduced capacity during this period. So we would ask that, wherever possible, any new calls are logged by email. As a reminder our support email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. Normal support hours and service will resume January 4th 2021.
