Sage 200 Consultant – Reporting to our implementation manager, we require an experienced Sage 200 consultant to join our busy delivery team. This is NOT a trainee position so the successful candidate should have a proven track record of Sage 200 implementations along with a working knowledge of the add-on market (Draycir, Eureka, Sicon etc.). Customer service is very important to our company, so a customer first attitude and a strong desire to produce quality projects is also essential. Would suit an experienced Sage 200 consultant looking for a new challenge, who wants to work in a positive, forward thinking environment and can “hit the ground running”.
Account Manager – Due to the on-going, rapid expansion of our customer base we now require an account manager to help continue the excellent customer service that our existing clients enjoy and expect. All of our customers will have some form of Sage accounting software, so knowledge of this or the accounting software market in general would be a distinct advantage. An understanding of basic business processes is however essential as is experience of dealing face to face with SME’s. Whilst you will be expected to introduce new products and services to these clients, retaining positive communication and forming quality working relationships is of equal importance. On that basis this role would suit either a customer service professional as well as it would a salesperson.
Sage 200 Support Consultant – As part of our award winning Sage Software support team, you will be required to respond to customer support calls via telephone and, email. You will thus need an excellent phone manner and the desire to provide first class customer service. Again, this is NOT a trainee role, so knowledge of Sage 50 and/or Sage 200 is essential. However, the opportunity to develop your career with our company will be significant as we have a proven track record of internal promotion. Crucial to all applicants will be enthusiasm, ability to work as part of a team and a good work ethic.
Junior Sage Software Developer – Reporting to our software development manager, the role would involve software development in and around Sage 200 business software. The work would involve new developments along with maintenance and amendments of existing projects and our own products. The successful candidate will need to be conversant in VB.net, have a working knowledge of SQL server and have a basic knowledge of business process. Awareness and understanding of business and accounting software would be a significant advantage but not essential.
