Smith Cooper System Partners are pleased to welcome Laura Jemmott to our Sage 200 account management team
At university, Laura studied German and lived in Berlin while teaching English at a primary school. Her aim was always to be a translator, but to earn some money after university she started her first job in telesales for a Sage BP. This was 8 years ago and, luckily for us, she has not left the Sage channel since!
Over this time, Laura has gained a massive amount of experience within the Sage world. Moving from telesales to internal sales support then into full time account management.
Her main focus and passion is customer service. Understanding the customer’s requirements, then working towards helping them build and utilise a solution which drives their business forward.
Our MD, Chris Smith, said “Smith Cooper has long been recognised for excellent customer service. However, as we continue to grow at pace, it was the right time to increase our focus on our existing clients. Laura is vastly experienced in Sage 200 account management, with a great work ethic and fantastic personality. I am naturally delighted she has decided to join us and have no doubt she is going to be a fantastic addition to our team.”
When she is away from her desk, Laura spends her free time outdoors, walking her two dogs with friends, visiting restaurants (when we can!) and spending time with family.
Based in Bury St Edmunds, Laura will fit straight into our sales team and strengthen our Southern division. She is brimming with enthusiasm and Sage 200 knowledge and is a brilliant addition to our company.
