The smooth running of your Sage system is a key part in ensuring the continuity of your business and its processes. The Sage support team at Smith Cooper understand how complex some business processes can be and the frustration they cause when they don’t work properly.
Our Multi Award winning Support team (we have won the Sage Circle of Excellence award for customer service and are the current Sage 200 Business Partner of the year for the Midlands Region) is staffed by accredited Sage technicians, qualified accountants and Microsoft Certified Consultants. This means whatever you call about, we have the skills to resolve the issue. This includes Sage 200, Sage 50 and all associated products (Draycir, Eureka, Sicon etc).

At Smith Cooper we understand the nature of Sage and Accounting software support. Thus we know that when you call us you will normally be in the middle of a process, transaction or a print routine that isn’t working.
Thus, whilst we have an escalation process for severe faults (e.g. system down) we do NOT operate a call back facility. Thus when you call our support desk, you will always speak directly to a support consultant, first call. If we need to dial in to your PC, we have software on this website that will enable us to connect with your system so you can demonstrate the issue and we can resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
In the event that our clients like our service we always ask that they tell their peers or business associates. In the rare event that they don’t, we ask that they tell our Directors in the first instance so we can constantly self-evaluate and improve our offering still further.
Support contracts normally relate to a one year period and have no cap or additional charges based on usage. We are, of course, happy to discuss longer term contracts as required. Monthly interest free payments are available as standard and our rates are highly competitive.
