We are pleased to announce that we have further expanded the Sage support team with the appointment of Kelly Hardy as a Technical Support Consultant.
Kelly has previously used Sage software for over 10 years, at various companies and has included Sage 50, Sage Payroll and for the last 5 years, Sage 200. She has extensive knowledge of ledgers and stock as well as Bill of Materials and Works Order Processing.
Kelly commented “Having worked alongside Smith Cooper for a number of years they were a company whose ethos I was keen to be part of, I couldn’t think of a nicer bunch of people to work alongside. My early roles have been customer facing, so the chance to bring together my knowledge of Sage applications and to help people was ideal.”

She has a wealth of knowledge of not only Sage 200 but the actual business processes that go into using it, as she was on the other side of the fence for so long. Kelly will be working with the Sage support team for the next year to fill in any knowledge gaps and to also get to know the client base, but ultimately Kelly is working towards a client facing consultant/trainer role and given her experience she is very well placed to hit this target”.
