Further Expansion for Smith Cooper System Partners!
We are excited to announce the arrival of James Dee, who has joined our award-winning support team, as a Sage 200 Support Consultant based in our Newcastle office in Metropolitan House.
James has worked for Sage for 10 years and is incredibly experienced in providing support in Sage 200 and CRM. He has a vast portfolio of experience ranging from Sales and Sage 50 to Sage 200 Support, where he supported Business Partners such as Smith Cooper for the last 5 years.
Alongside the rest of the support team, James is responsible for handling our customer support calls and ensuring they all receive the top-quality experience that they associate with Smith Cooper.
