We are pleased to announce the launch of our new online customer portal for all of our clients, which means you can now have ‘self-service’ access to your own account with us.

Built using the Draycir Spindle Self Serve module, the portal will provide you with 24/7, 365 access to your account with us, reducing the time required to get the account information you require, allowing you to  direct your time more efficiently into your own business.

Key features of the dashboard are :

  • A clean & simple dashboard so that you have a complete overview of your account, in a simple and user-friendly way.
  • Easy view and filters of current, historical, settled and outstanding transactions.
  • View copy documents. Integration with Spindle Document Management means that you can view PDF copies of invoices, statements and credit notes.
