The product comes with a neat management tool to switch add-ons on/off by user and is very simple to administer.

The full list of utilites is listed in the brochure but at less than £1,000, the pack is unbelievable value for money and a “must have” for all Sage 200 users.

Sage 200 Sales & Purchase Order Plus

Eureka’s Sales & Purchase Order Plus products take standard Sales and Purchase Order screens and adds functionality that simplifies order entry. The tools provides additional functionality that adds value to the sales & purchase process – turning sales order entry in particular into a pro-active sales tool.

A simple Outlook style toolbar gives the user everything they need in one place allowing them to access various areas of Sage 200 without leaving the sales order screen.

Sage 200 Stock Plus

Stock Plus brings an additional dimension (or two!) to Sage 200 adding what is sometimes referred to as Fashion Matrix functionality – colour, size etc. In addition it includes price promotion functionality such as Multi-buy and BOGOF deals.

Rather than replacing Sage 200 stock records it enhances stock records, making it simple to create 100’s of stock items in different sizes and styles via a grid process. This functionality is then extended to order entry – both purchase and sales orders. Finally, because the functionality is created via standard stock items, standard reporting methods can report across matrix and non-matrix products alike.

Sage 200 PO Requisitions

Web PO Requisition for Sage 200 allows end users to create a purchase order request from a simple to use web interface, without the need to log into Sage 200 itself. Purchase requisitions can be submitted for management approval and once authorised the corresponding purchase order is automatically generated within Sage 200 in real time and without the need for synchronisation. Ideal for a dispersed workforce and you don’t need to be a Sage 200 user to use it.

My purpose here is to pass on my congratulations and sincere thanks to the team for the quite seamless transition from our old version of Sage Line 200 to our new. Nothing is ever plain sailing and I know that things can still go wrong but guys this has been a job more than well done.
