PKF Smith Cooper Systems are delighted to welcome Andrea Markham to our Support team!
Andrea is an incredibly experienced Sage 200 support person who has been supporting accounting software for 21 years. She originally started with Pegasus Software and has since worked with various ERP systems and the associated third-party add ons.
Andrea has a great reputation within the Sage community and has a vast experience in the Sage 200 channel having previously been a support team leader at Sicon before moving to a business partner support role.
Our MD Chris Smith said “Due to some internal promotions we required a new support person. We had already decided this person needed to be an experienced Sage 200 person, so we were naturally delighted when someone of Andrea’s calibre became available. Her work ethic, personality and strong domain knowledge of Sage 200 and the Sicon range is a perfect fit for us. Outside of the world of ERP systems, Andrea is a mum of 2 who loves to be outdoors in the garden and walking the dog. To add to her interests she has recently become a committee member for the local Pre-School. But that is not all, Andrea and her family have recently started beekeeping! She has 3 honey bee hives which are proving to be a really interesting hobby.
Based in Suffolk, Andrea will be a part of our award-winning Sage Support Team. Andrea is brimming with enthusiasm and Sage 200 knowledge and is a brilliant addition to our company.
